Terms of Engagement

1. Service Agreement

By accessing SpaceBera systems or deploying our software infrastructure, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized access attempts or penetration testing without prior contract will be met with automated defensive countermeasures.

2. Liability & Warranty

SpaceBera software and hardware systems are provided "as-is" for non-critical civilian use unless covered by a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). We accept no liability for data loss resulting from solar flare events, orbital decay, or user misconfiguration.

3. Intellectual Property

All codebases, schemas, and propulsion designs provided are the intellectual property of SpaceBera Ecosystem. Reverse engineering of our binary agents or hardware drivers is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by International Maritime Law and the jurisdiction of the Republic of Türkiye for terrestrial disputes.
